GRILLED CHICKEN LITE QUESADILLA

Grilled chicken quesadilla rolled like a burrito with a crispy but soft finish to the quesadilla. Only to then be cut into three pieces with reduced fat cheese melted inside. Served with a fruit salad on a bed of lettuce.
